INITIAL PHASE

In the initial phase of each project, we start with a consultation to identify the scope of the work and your budget. We analyse your needs and lifestyle and the goal is to develop a concept design direction.

When you have approved the concept design idea and budget, the main process starts. We deep dive into the design, and continue our analysis and research. This phase will result in detailed presentations of plans, elevations, 3D visualisations, mood-boards, etc.

DESIGN PHASE

IMPLEMENTATION PHASE

The implementation phase is where we “make it all happen”. We collaborate with architects and bring over our team of craftsmen, such as our carpenters, seamstress, and landscape architects if
needed. During this stage the idea for your home is completed and the final selection for the interior is selected.

When the procurement is done we continue to coordinate, install and review the budget.

COLLABORATORS

HAND OVER

At the occasion of the handover, we do a final inspection together and make sure no issues remain unsolved.

With some of the project closure we offer a client binder.
